§ 46.2-333. Disposition of fees; expenses.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all fees accruing under theprovisions of this chapter shall be paid to, and received by theCommissioner, and by him forthwith paid into the state treasury and set asideas a special fund to be used to meet the necessary expenses incurred by theDepartment.
