§ 46.2-341.13. Disposition of fees.

Except as otherwise provided, all fees accruing under the provisions of thischapter shall be paid to and received by the Commissioner, and by himforthwith paid into the state treasury and shall be set aside as a specialfund in the state treasury to be used to meet the necessary additionalexpenses incurred by the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Commissioner inthe performance of the duties required by this article.
