§ 46.2-341.20:3. Disqualification for determination of imminent hazard.

If the Department receives notification from the Federal Motor Carrier SafetyAdministration that a driver determined to constitute an imminent hazard hasbeen disqualified from operating a commercial motor vehicle pursuant to 49C.F.R. Part 383.52, the Department shall make a notation of suchdisqualification on the driver record maintained by the Department and anydisqualification imposed by the Department on the driver shall runconcurrently with the period of disqualification imposed pursuant to 49 CFR383.52.
