§ 46.2-367. Persons included within scope of chapter.

Persons who have, by any law of the Commonwealth, been required to file proofof financial responsibility are included within the scope of this chapter.Persons who have been convicted of violations of any law of the Commonwealthor law of any other state or county, city, or town ordinance of either or afederal law pertaining to the driver or driving of motor vehicles or ofviolations of any provisions of this title are also included.
