§ 46.2-404. Where and before whom hearing held.

The hearing shall be in the county or city where the licensee resides or inthe county or city in which the licensee works or, with the consent of thelicensee, in any other county or city to which the county or city of hisresidence is contiguous. The hearing shall be before the Commissioner or anyof the personnel of the Department designated by him.
