§ 46.2-420. Order for payment of judgment in installments.

A judgment debtor, on five days' notice to the judgment creditor, may applyto the court in which the judgment was obtained for the privilege of payingit in installments. The court, without prejudice to other legal remedieswhich the judgment creditor may have, may so order, fixing the amounts andtimes of payment of the installments.
