§ 46.2-421. Effect of order for such payment and proof of financialresponsibility.

The Commissioner shall not suspend a license or registration of a motorvehicle and shall restore any license or registration suspended followingnonpayment of a judgment, if the judgment debtor obtains an order from thecourt in which the judgment was rendered permitting payment of the judgmentin installments and if the judgment debtor gives proof of his financialresponsibility in the future as provided in this chapter.
