§ 46.2-454. Moneys or securities to be deposited with State Treasurer subjectto execution.

All moneys or securities delivered to the Commissioner pursuant to thischapter shall be placed by him in the custody of the State Treasurer andshall be subject to execution to satisfy any judgment within the limits onamounts required by this chapter for motor vehicle liability insurancepolicies. The State Treasurer shall certify the value of such moneys orsecurities to the Commissioner as soon as practicable after their delivery tohim.
