§ 46.2-470. Assignment of risks for nonresidents.

The provisions of this chapter relevant to assignment of risks shall beavailable to nonresidents who are unable to obtain a policy of motor vehicleliability, physical damage, and medical payments insurance with respect onlyto motor vehicles registered and used in the Commonwealth.
