46.2-482 - Notification of cancellation or termination of certified policy.
§ 46.2-482. Notification of cancellation or termination of certified policy.
When any insurance policy certified under this chapter is cancelled orterminated, the insurer shall report the fact to the Commissioner withinfifteen days after the cancellation on a form prescribed by the Commissioner.
