§ 46.2-484. Department of Motor Vehicles to be "licensing authority" withinmeaning of compact; duties of Department.

As used in the compact, the term "licensing authority" with reference tothis Commonwealth shall mean the Department of Motor Vehicles. TheDepartment shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other partystate any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate theadministration of Articles III, IV, and V of the compact.
