§ 46.2-490.11. Reports, records of licensed computer-based clinic providers.

A. The Department is hereby authorized to require annual, periodical, orspecial reports from computer-based clinic providers the Department hasauthorized to conduct clinics; to prescribe the manner and form in which suchreports shall be made; and to require from such computer-based clinicproviders specific answers to all questions upon which the Department maydeem information to be necessary. Such reports shall be under oath wheneverthe Department so requires. The Department may also require anycomputer-based clinic provider to file with it a true copy of each or anycontract, agreement, or arrangement between such licensees and any person inrelation to the provisions of this chapter.

B. The Department may, in its discretion, prescribe (i) the forms of any andall accounts, records, and memoranda to be kept by licensed computer-basedclinic providers and (ii) the length of time such accounts, records, andmemoranda shall be preserved.
