§ 46.2-621.1. Correcting errors in titling.

If the owner of a vehicle or his duly authorized attorney-in-fact make asufficient showing by providing an affidavit stating that the vehicleidentification information provided on the application for certificate oftitle, the certificate of origin, manufacturer's statement of origin, ortitle, as the case may be, forwarded to the Commissioner by any meansgenerally allowed, was incorrect, the Commissioner may take all actionsnecessary to correct the error.
