§ 46.2-627. Fee for certificate of title; use in special fund.

The fee to be paid to the Department for the issuance of each originalcertificate of title shall be ten dollars. The fee to record a supplementallien and issue a new title shall be six dollars. All fees collected underthe provisions of this section shall be paid into the state treasury and setaside as a special fund to be used to meet the expenses of the Department.
