§ 46.2-650. Temporary permits or duplicate applications.

The Department may promulgate regulations providing that on application for acertificate of title and registration of a vehicle, either new or after atransfer, the vehicle may be operated on the highway under (i) a temporarypermit issued by the Department or (ii) a duplicate application carried inthe vehicle.
