§ 46.2-660. Operating vehicles in business in Commonwealth.

Every nonresident, including any foreign corporation, conducting business inthe Commonwealth and owning and regularly operating in such business anymotor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer in the Commonwealth shall be requiredto register the vehicle and pay the same fees required for registration ofsimilar vehicles owned by residents of the Commonwealth.
