§ 46.2-689. Refund of certain registration fees.

Upon application on a form prescribed by the Commissioner, any personregistering any vehicle whose fees are set under § 46.2-697 shall be refundedthat portion of the registration fee for a gross weight in excess of that setforth § 46.2-1126.
