§ 46.2-801. Chapter applicable to drivers of all vehicles regardless ofownership.

The provisions of this chapter applicable to the drivers of vehicles on thehighways shall apply to the drivers of all vehicles regardless of theirownership, subject to such exceptions as are set forth in this chapter.
