§ 46.2-913. Vendors of certain motorcycles to furnish statements ofregistration and licensing requirements.

Every retailer of motorcycles having a rating of seven horsepower or less,shall provide written statements to every vendee regarding registration andlicensing of such vehicles and the requirement of a motor vehicle driver'slicense.
