§ 46.2-921. Following or parking near fire apparatus or rescue squad vehicle.

It shall be unlawful, in any county, city, or town for the driver of anyvehicle, other than one on official business, to follow any fire apparatus orrescue squad vehicle traveling in response to a fire alarm or emergency callat any distance closer than 500 feet to such apparatus or rescue squadvehicle or to park such vehicle within 500 feet of where fire apparatus hasstopped in answer to a fire alarm.
