§ 49-7. Affidavits for corporations, partnerships, and other entities.

An affidavit filed for a corporation or other entity may be made by itspresident, vice-president, general manager, cashier, treasurer, a director orattorney without any special authorization therefor, or by any personauthorized by a majority of its stockholders, directors, partners or membersto make the same.
