§ 49-20. How bonds given in civil suits made payable.

Any bond required by law to be given upon an injunction, appeal, writ oferror, supersedeas or other proceeding in a civil suit may be payable to theparty entitled to the benefit thereof, notwithstanding anything contained in§ 49-12.
