§ 5.1-1.4. Enforcement of laws, rules and regulations.

Except for the provisions of Chapter 9 (§ 5.1-89 et seq.) of this title, theDepartment shall have the authority to enforce any provision of this titleand any rules and regulations promulgated by the Board in reference toaircraft, airfields, pilots and other similar subjects. Said rules andregulations, and enforcement actions taken in connection therewith, shall bein accordance with the substantive and procedural requirements of theAdministrative Process Act, Chapter 40 (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) of Title 2.2.
