§ 5.1-2.20. Same; eminent domain.

Eminent domain proceedings shall not be instituted by any joint authorityexcept by majority vote of each component agency or authority of such jointauthority. If so instituted, any property or rights acquired thereunder shallbe held by such agencies or authorities jointly, according to the terms ofthe agreement creating the joint authority.
