§ 5.1-7.2. Registration of private landing areas not within five miles ofcommercial airport.

Any person owning an area for landing any aircraft, which area is not withinfive miles of a commercial airport and has been constructed by such personfor his private use and which is not open to the general public, shall onlybe required to register, upon forms furnished by the Department, such landingarea with the Department and with the Federal Aviation Administration.
