§ 5.1-170. Annual audit.
The Authority shall keep suitable records of all its financial transactionsand shall have the same audited annually. Copies of such audit shall befurnished to the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia and to the Mayor ofthe District of Columbia and shall be open to public inspection.
