§ 5.1-110. Hearing on such application and action thereon.

Upon the filing of an application for a broker's license the Commission mayfix a time and place for the hearing of the application and require suchnotices, publication, or other service as may, in its judgment, be necessary.If the Commission finds the application proper and in the public interest itshall issue a license, subject to such terms, limitations and restrictions asthe Commission may deem proper.
