§ 5.1-120. Effect of failure to give security.

Failure of any holder of a certificate or permit issued by and under theauthority of the Commission to comply with any of the requirements of §§5.1-116, 5.1-117 or 5.1-118 shall be cause without further proceedings forthe revocation or suspension of the certificate or permit, and upon furtherproceedings for the imposition of a fine not exceeding $1,000.
