§ 5.1-122. Duties of carriers of property as to service, rates andregulations.

Every common carrier or restricted common carrier of property by aircraftshall provide safe and adequate service, equipment, and facilities for thetransportation of property; and shall establish, observe, and enforce justand reasonable rates, charges, and classifications, and just and reasonableregulations and practices relating thereto and to the manner and method ofpresenting, marking, packing, and delivering property for transportation, thefacilities for transportation, and all other matters relating to or connectedwith the transportation of property.
