§ 5.1-90.1. Incidental transportation of certain passengers and property bymotor vehicle.

Nothing in this chapter or in Chapter 12 (§ 56-273 et seq.) of Title 56 shallbe construed to prohibit the transportation of property or guards or otherattendants of such property by motor vehicle when such transportation isincidental to transportation by aircraft, provided that such transportationshall not exceed twenty-five miles from airport to destination of such guardsor other attendants or property.
