§ 51.1-124.32. Exemption from Public Procurement Act.

The selection of services related to the management, purchase, or sale ofauthorized investments, actuarial services, and disability determinationservices shall be governed by the standard of care in § 51.1-124.30 and shallnot be subject to the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§2.2-4300 et seq.).
