§ 51.1-124.8. Persons affected by changes in retirement benefits.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, legislation which effects a change inthe amount of a retirement benefit other than a post-retirement supplementshall be construed to effect only the benefits of those persons who qualifyfor a retirement allowance on or after the effective date of the legislation.
