§ 51.1-211. Virginia Law Officers' Retirement System; application ofprovisions of Virginia Retirement System.
The Virginia Law Officers' Retirement System is created and shall beadministered by the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System.Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of Chapter 1 (§ 51.1-124.1 etseq.) of this title shall apply to and govern the operation of the VirginiaLaw Officers' Retirement System.
