§ 51.1-300. Judicial Retirement System continued; administration; applicationof provisions of Virginia Retirement System.

The Judicial Retirement System is continued and shall be administered by theBoard of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System. Except as otherwiseprovided, the provisions of Chapter 1 (§ 51.1-124.1 et seq.) of this titleshall apply to and govern the administration of the Judicial RetirementSystem.
