§ 51.1-401. Accumulated contributions under abolished system.

The accumulated contributions of the members of the abolished system shall berefunded to the persons entitled to the contributions. No interest shallaccumulate after February 1, 1952. Until refunded or otherwise disposed of,such funds, interests therein, and rights thereto shall not be subject tolegal, judicial, or other process.
