§ 51.1-513.1. Long-term care insurance.

The Department of Human Resource Management is authorized to develop,implement, and administer a long-term care insurance program. The programshall be coordinated with any disability, life, or other insurance programadministered under this title. The Department of Human Resource Management isauthorized to contract for and purchase such coverage or use otheractuarially sound funding necessary to effectuate this provision.
