§ 51.5-59. Annual report; Auditor of Public Accounts to annually audit booksand accounts.
The Board shall submit an annual report that includes a statement of thereceipts, disbursements, and current investments of the Fund for thepreceding year to the Governor and the General Assembly. The report shall setforth a complete operating and financial statement covering the operation ofthe Fund during the year, including any loan fund or loan guarantee fund theAuthority administers or manages. The Auditor of Public Accounts or hislegally authorized representatives shall at least once in a year audit thebooks and accounts of the Authority and any loan fund or loan guarantee fundthe Authority administers or manages.
