§ 51.5-68. Register of the blind; reports required of physicians and others.

The Department shall prepare and maintain a complete register of the blind inthe Commonwealth, which shall include information that the Department deemsof value. Each physician, optometrist or other person who upon examination ofthe eyes of any person determines that such person is a blind person asdefined in § 51.5-60, shall immediately report the name and address of suchperson to the Department.
