§ 51.5-71. State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind and Vision Impairedcreated.

The State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind and Vision Impaired is herebycreated to provide advice to the Department for the Blind and Vision Impairedregarding vocational services provided pursuant to Title I and Title VI ofthe federal Rehabilitation Act. Membership and duties shall be constructedaccording to federal provisions.
