§ 51.5-75. Use of earnings of schools and workshops; record of receipts andexpenditures.

In furtherance of the purposes of §§ 51.5-63, 51.5-66, 51.5-68, and 51.5-72through 51.5-76, the Department shall have authority to use any receipts orearnings that accrue from the operation of industrial schools and workshopsas provided in such sections, but a detailed statement of receipts orearnings and expenditures shall be carefully kept.
