§ 51.5-88. Selection of location and type of enterprise with approval ofcustodian.

The Department, with the approval of the custodian having charge of theproperty on which the vending stand and other business enterprise is to belocated, shall select the location for such vending stand and other businessenterprise and the type of vending stand and other business enterprise to beprovided.
