§ 51.5-95. Regulations for administration of article.

The Commissioner is authorized to adopt regulations for the administration ofthis article which shall, among other things, provide for the acquisition anddisposition of the vending stand and other business enterprise equipment andother assets used in the operations pursuant to this article.
