§ 51.5-15. Eligibility.

The Commissioner shall adopt written standards for determining eligibilityfor vocational rehabilitation services provided or funded, in whole or inpart, by the Department, which assure that eligibility is determined withoutregard to sex, race, national origin, religion, or type of impairment of theperson applying for services and is determined solely by reference tospecific written criteria.
