§ 51.5-35.1. References to Board for Rights of the Disabled and Board for theRights of Virginians with Disabilities.

Whenever the terms "Board for Rights of the Disabled" and "Board for theRights of Virginians with Disabilities" appear in the Code of Virginia, Actsof Assembly, or other laws of the Commonwealth, they shall mean "VirginiaBoard for People with Disabilities."
