§ 52-28. Duty of Commonwealth and local agencies to make reports.

All Commonwealth, county and municipal law-enforcement agencies shall submitto the Department all periodic uniform crime reports setting forth theiractivities in connection with law enforcement. The provisions of this chaptershall not apply to any police agency not paid entirely from public funds.
