§ 53.1-12. Divisions of Department; division heads.

The Director shall establish in the Department such divisions and regionaloffices as may be necessary and shall appoint heads of these divisions andoffices in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.)of Title 2.2.
