§ 53.1-50. Vouchers, certificates and warrants not to be questioned.

No voucher, certificate or warrant issued on the Comptroller by any suchdepartment, institution or agency shall be questioned by him or by the StateTreasurer on the ground that §§ 53.1-47 through 53.1-49 and § 53.1-52 havenot been complied with by such department, institution or agency.
