§ 53.1-51. Intentional violations constitute malfeasance.

Intentional violations of §§ 53.1-47 through 53.1-49 and § 53.1-52 by anysuch department, institution or agency, continued after notice from theGovernor to desist, shall constitute malfeasance in office, and shall subjectthe officer or officers responsible for such violations to suspension orremoval from office, as may be provided by law in other cases of malfeasance.
