§ 53.1-53. Transfer or sale of by-products of manufacturing processes.

In those industries operated by the Department in which saleable by-productsare generated while producing primary products, such by-products shall not beclassified as surplus supplies or equipment. Such by-products shall bedisposed of as provided in § 2.2-1124. Proceeds from the sale of suchby-products shall be paid into the state treasury and credited to the specialfunds account of the generating industry.
