§ 53.1-65. Consideration of report developed at diagnostic facilities.

The Department shall give careful consideration to the report developed atthe diagnostic facilities established under § 53.1-64 in determining whetherpersons committed to it under the provisions of § 19.2-311 et seq., are to beconfined at a youthful offender facility or elsewhere in the statecorrections system.
